Mansa Devi

The Mansa Devi temple or Bilwa Tirth is a holy temple in Haridwar which is highly famous. This temple is in the name of goddess Mansa (a form of goddess Durga) who is one of the main Hindu goddesses and hence millions of devotees come here each year. Moreover, to have the presence of goddess Mansa, this temple is also a place that has provided a few drops of “Amrit,” and thus brings additional value from a religious point of view. This temple was built by Maharaja Gopal Singh of Mani Majra between 1811 A.D. And A.D 1815. This temple looks very stunning from an architectural point of view.
