The wait for devotees planning to undertake the Manimahesh Yatra is over. The yatra is set to begin in August. The registration process for pilgrims has already started. Bharmour News: For the famous Manimahesh Yatra in North India, the administration has started online registration. This time, the administration has officially begun the online registration about one and a half months before the yatra starts.
Devotees will only be able to undertake the yatra after registering. The Manimahesh Yatra will officially take place from August 26 to September 11, 2024. However, many devotees take a dip in the sacred Manimahesh Lake even before these dates.
Devotees Head Towards Manimahesh Lake
Once again, devotees have started heading towards Manimahesh Lake. Videos of devotees taking a dip in the sacred Manimahesh Lake have been circulated on social media. The administration has appealed that only registered devotees should proceed towards Manimahesh. To enforce this, the administration has decided to take strict measures.
Manimahesh Yatra Registration
The administration will deploy police forces in Hadsar. SDM Bharmour, Kulbir Singh Rana, stated that devotees heading for the Manimahesh Yatra must register online. Devotees can register by visiting www.manimaheshyatra.hp.gov.in
The administration has started this process. They stated that police officers stationed in Hadsar will allow only registered devotees to proceed with the yatra. They have appealed to the devotees to follow the rules.
